Nothing says ‘welcome to my new and improved personal blog’ quite like an assortment of webcam selfies, am I right? Probably not, but still, I am thrilled that I can finally introduce you to my new online home! Like I already mentioned somewhere, after 4 years of blogging, a change was inevitable. I’ve been actually contemplating doing this for a whole year, but only recently have I decided I should go through with it. Moving to another platform was a natural progression of things since it will allow my blog to grow and develop further. I am happy that I finally have unlimited possibilities and can keep everything under my control. After a month of absence from the blogging world, I am more than excited to pick up where I left off!
Over the past four weeks, I’ve been working on this new digital space. If I had to do it all myself (like I did with my previous blog), it would’ve taken a looot more time. Luckily this time around, the Negative0 team jumped in to help. I am beyond satisfied with everything they did – from the hosting, migrating the blog, to implementing my ideas into the blog design and adding personal touches. To be honest with you, I am a bit of a perfectionist and I can be very difficult and demanding at times. The guys at Negative0 had so much patience to answer all my questions and ease my concerns, so this is a huge ‘thank you’ to them for everything! If you want your site to look as amazing as mine (wink wink), I highly recommend them!
Few minor things will change during the next weeks in order to improve the functionality of the site, but as far as looks go, this is pretty much it. I like how we kept things simple and quite similar to my old blog, but it looks more fresh with few cool new things here and there. You can search the site using the search bar at the top of the page. For browsing, I tried to make it easier on you. Browse posts by year, by category or by tag. There are 3 main categories that I write about: life, style and beauty. Within those, tags are more specific terms you can browse the site by – they allow you to access the exact type of posts that interest you more easily. Everything else is pretty much straight forward; go look around, have fun and let me know what you think!
PS. Since I couldn’t change the name of my Facebook page, I had to make a new one. The old one will be deleted soon, so please go like my new page to stay updated with the latest updates and inspirations I share! You are more than welcome to follow me on my other sites too, which you can find under the SOCIAL menu at the top of the page.
