Due to excessive amount of rain that has been falling non-stop for the past week, we haven’t been able to make the switch to full-on summer wardrobe just yet. Although it’s the middle of May, the weather has been giving us the middle finger and forbidding wearing anything that’s not knitted or long-sleeved. If I was obliged to get up at 7am and go out every day, I would have a huge issue with that. However, this way I can prolong the moody spring stage for a bit and enjoy the last chance to layer my little heart out or walk around in boots. Or those beauties pictured above. Simple, comfortable everyday shoe was the thing that I was missing in my closet. And I got more than I was looking for just because I couldn’t choose between the classic black and this beautiful creamy shade. However, I regret nothing since these are genuine leather and will last for years to come.

On a more serious and much more important note – the rain that has been constantly falling over the past week caused serious floods in Serbia, Bosnia and Croatia. Over ten thousand people had to flee their houses and leave everything they had behind. Some lost their lives. If you are reading this, please consider donating, no matter how much. Every euro or dollar will help those in danger! Click here to see how you can contribute from wherever you are in the world. I am truly grateful that I don’t need help and happy that I can do at least something to help those who need it most right now. I am sorry for partially hijacking the post to tell you about this, but there are things that have to come first in times of need.

So in love with the black shoes.
I will try to help with a donation for the flood victims, those people really do need a helping hand. X

It has been raining here as well very hard to blog but then you read about the things that are happening in the world with the floods and real problems and consequences and you know that our first world problems are to small to even mention

Yes, I feel the exact same way; we should count our blessings more often and not take everything we have for granted for it can disappear in the blink of an eye. x

I’m sorry, I don’t know, it just says Sebago on them and on the box. You can try looking them up online or look for creepers as they’re very similar. x
