Taking a break from grays and freshening up the blog with some crisp whites and greenery. I’ve come to realize I haven’t shown you my nail escapades in a while. Not that I experiment a lot with nail art anyways but I thought it’d be nice to share this one with you.
It’s quick, easy and such a clever fix for when you don’t have time to remove the chipped nail polish and then apply a new coat again, but your nails are looking less then flawless. This simple mani can even be done en route. All you need are cotton swabs and a bit of nail polish remover. Dip the swab into a little bit of polish remover and start the undo process. Remove as much nail polish as you like, I chose to leave just a bit of it at the bottom. You can really play around with this one – remove the polish in stripes, half of it or just leave a half-moon like I did. It doesn’t have to be perfect either, messy swab strokes work quite well here. When you achieve the desired result, you can apply one coat of clear quick dry nail polish. You can also add another color, use a matte top coat… If you don’t have time for that, that’s fine; it looks just as good without it.
